Events unfolding around me recently, has opened my eyes to certain things about life. These simple facts has been with us and are as old as the foundation of the world itself. If only men could tap into this age long secrets; life would be easier for all.
I have been facing certain challenges in business, personal issues and most especially this blog for some time now which has seemed insurmountable. It got to the peak last month when I could not hold it anymore. I sat on my sofa, my eyes sodden with tears. Yes I cried , because I have been applying certain principles to my life which doesn’t seem to be working. Even though I know they are right. I encouraged my self in the lord and decided to seek for help. I turned on my computer and mailed some friends whom I knew could be of help. This was what I learnt from the experience:
• Once you know you are on the right track, keep at it.
• Rome was not built in a day; you’ve got to be persistent.
• Don’t quit just because you think it’s not working.
• Always ask for help.
The fourth point struck me hard and suddenly I realized that no matter what you are going through, scores of people have been through it and have overcome.
Dear friend, whatever may be a burden to you now has once been a burden to some other people who have survived. Always ask for help, seek for good advice (make sure you seek in the right places). Help is on your way. To your success.

Good encouraging post. It also helps to write about these things as you can go back to remind yourself again and again.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness but rather a sign of confidence, especially in others.
Great advice. A couple of friends and I have been in a mastermind group for the past year and it’s been really helpful to face the different challenges of business.
